Medical Checkup For Work Permit

My company in Quebec got positive LMIA for me and I also got Certificate of Acceptance from Quebec. Now to apply work permit application do I need to submit a medical examination report with the application or will it be done if they ask me for it. Please guide.

You will need a medical by an IRCC panel physician. You can do it upfront or wait for request.
