Hi Guys

So Ive been getting documents together and the last one will be the medical. Do I need to include the full results in with the application or are the results uploaded to a central database? The doctor told me that we do not need to include the actual results in with the application, just some document that the results have been done.

Also, where do we pay the fees? The embassy in Seoul does not handle visa matters. Is there an on-line place to pay?

You don't submit the results. The results will not even be made available to you.

After your medical you should get a receipt that has a medical file number on it. This is all you need to submit with the app, and CIC will then look up your medical file from a central database.

You pay the medical fees directly to the doctor.
You can pay the fees for PR application online. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp
