Medical before ITA?

I am CEC applicant with 470 points, can I give medical before getting ITA?
If yes then how. Any advice will be appreciated.

Yes you can. Medical is valid for a year. Look for a CIC approved panel physician from your country of residence. They have a tool in CIC website.
