Medical after 6 months

Hi Friends,
I had applied for PR in March 2017 and it is still pending. On the CIC portal online it says that we've passed our medicals.
It's been more than 6 months and the medicals are probably expired. Does this mean that CIC will ask us for another set of medicals again?.

We are based in Canada at the moment.
