My name is Urvish. I am Mechanical Engineer having 5 years of experience. I am preparing for IELTS right now. If I will achieve 8777 score,my crs score only will be 429 because I have Bachelors degree and I am single. I am planning to apply through PNP but I am getting confused regarding province and noc codes. I want to ask that which province is best for mechanical engineers and shall I get job offer from any province. I want to apply on my own.
