Hello,

Could you please advise me on whether I should apply for Canada Express entry program and what are the chances of getting job in Canada. My current CRS score is coming around 374 and my profile details are

Age: 36 yrs, B.E Mechanical from Pune University, 13+ yrs exp in Purchase, Sourcing and Supply chain from Manufacturing Industry.

Please guide me on above. Thanks

You need in the region of 470 plus at the moment to succeed with EE.You could look at improving your score with improved IELTS and research the various PNP programs

As for getting a job offer from outside of Canada that would be unlikely given employers are generally not willing to sponsor an LMIA application unless someone has very unique skills not readily available in the country.

Thanks for your quick reply! Can please explain me in detail about "research in PNP Programes". You mean I should look whether my profile is in demand in any of the province and then I should request them to nominate me for the same?
