Mech Engg 2132 category applying in November 2014

Dear All
I would like to apply for 2132 NOC category . CIC update shows that the total applicants recived is 376 .
Am I already late to apply .

Its been more than 1 and half month but the total applicants recieved status is not updated . It is still showing 376 .

Does it mean that the total quota of 1000 is already finished .

As of today NOC 2132 Mech Engr.. CIC site cap = 532.
Last two days seen lot of 2132 applicants reporting CC charging.
Is it going to fill shortly.
I am going to apply next week, waiting for IELTS result.

Will End Nov 2132 applicant be in cap.
Seniors pls share your experience and advise.

I sent my applications on 25th Nov, 14 for NOC 2132..
Shall update the delivery date later.

Lets hope to be within Cap.
