I got my per on 23 oct then after my ecas status was added in second line we started processing your application on 4th dec.what does it mean ?was my background check completed ? and on the way of MR request .according to one site of significance of ecas and step by step processing by cic and vo,it is written that when visa officeer completes all background checks then this line is updated ,Is it true ?my visa office is ndvo
