I am a PR in Canada.I had stayed there in Toronto,Ontario between the period of 6th March 2013 t0 15th Aug 2014 (1yr & 5months). Then i came back to India and still not returned there.Since 1.5 year I am working in India as a Nurse.Recently I got married.
2.My husband has applied for Quebec immigration (in 2013 Dec) and he has got the medical now.He is an M.Sc nurse and working in India Currently.
My queries are:
1.If my husband gets visa in 2 months period can I land with him in Quebec or shall I take him to Ontario with me on landing.
2.In my PR card the renewal year is mentioned as 2018.I would like to know If I am in a danger of losing my PR.Please provide me with the steps I should take to retain it.I came to know very lately that, to retain our PR we should stay at-least for 2years in the first 5years...
