My common law partner and I applied for PR under the CEC route in October 2014. He was the primary applicant. We have not yet received our PR cards.

We broke up recently and I am wondering if my PR would be conditional as he was the primary applicant? As we don't have our PR card, I can't check if there are any conditions.

Thanks

1. The question to be answered, is have you "landed"? If not, you are no longer a dependent and your visa (COPR) is no longer valid.
2. If you "landed" before you broke up (there is no Condition 51 on non spousal applications) then it is immaterial.
