Good day sir! Me with my commonlaw partner for 5yesrs and my 10years old daughter plus 2 of my sisters are trying to apply a visa immigration in canada. Preferably in quebec. Do we need 4 separate applications?

Are your sisters under 18, orphans (both parents are dead) and dependent on you? If so, then you can include them in your application. If not, they have to qualify and apply separately.

You, your common law partner and your son can apply together.

If you are sister are dependant on you than you can include them in your application along with your spouse and if they are not dependant on you then they should have seperate applications !

Thankyou so much for the reply!

No, my sisters are above 18 and not dependent on me.
So what documents do i need to prove we are living together
For so long? If my immigrant visa will be approved are we going tonlive the country together with my daughter?

Your sisters cannot be included in your application. They will have to apply to immigrate on their own.

Immigration does not consider adult siblings a part of your family unit. You will therefore need 3 separate applications. You, your partner and your daughter are 1 family with one application and your sisters have to apply individually.

Thankyou sir! And if chance i am pregnant right now, will it affect my application? Do i need to get married?

No - you don't need to get married. Being pregnant could affect your application process. As part of the PR application, at some point you will be asked to complete a medical which includes x-rays. The majority of doctors recommend against having x-rays done while you are pregnant because these x-rays can harm your unborn child. If you receive the medical request while you are still pregnant, you should inform the visa office that you are pregnant and wait to complete the x-rays until after your child has been delivered. Once you child is born, you will have to add him/her to your PR application.
