Hi,
I've applied for MEng in ECE, I applied on last week of February and my application status is still "Review in process by department" from past one month. Just worried how long will they take to give out the decision, as we have to struggle for visa which is a very long process.

hi yes even i applied fr ece in uOttawa and the application gt forwarded fr review in april. still no word regarding admissions.. i m doubtful that i ws too close to deadlines so i could b rejected or anythng. my profile 7.1 cgpa ielts 8.0 overall (6.5;8.5;8.0:8.5) any info would b grt.

I applied for MASc Aerospace Engineering. My status never changed for the longest time! It's still "Review in progress by department". I have contacted the department after failing to get any responses from the profs. They told me that I am at the mercy of any of the profs picking up my application and giving me a chance. Given that it's June already and they know that we are international students who need time for visa applications, I'm assuming that they'll eventually reject my application.
