Anybody knows how much time do they take in issuing a decision? as i have applied back in june and submitted all my documents in 1st week of august
But still no response from them.. is this delayed response a bad news for me?? :-\

I am afraid it is true. You will surely get a negative response. Randomly, you can hear good new during first two weeks of September. Pray the lord...

yes they told me ur file is complete and u will get the decision in near future... but nothing yet...i scored 75.2 % in btech wid 6.5 ielts overall..band...what do u think do i stand a fair chance.?? So , u applied for thesis based??
