MBBS trabscript attestation by HEC

I am trying to get HEC in Pakistan to attest my MBBS degree and transcript for WES evaluation.

I am not in Pakistan so i hired an agent to have my documents attested for me.
He tells me that HEC is asking for MBBS transcript (marksheet) to have CGPA or GPA of any sort, however in MBBS we never had GPAs...we only had those in MBA. My yearly transcripts and the final consolidated ones all show pass or fail comment. And thats how results were written o
Has anyone had their MBBS document attested from HEC and had such a requirement??

I spoke to my university again and asked them to produce final consolidated transcript with all marks. they did and it has been accepted by HEC.

If you have the same priblem, go back ti university and ask them to issue u a document that will be accepted by HEC.

one more thing only consolidated transcript and degree should b attested from hec ??
or some other documents too??
and ive heard hec should attest the degree only if its attested by the uni first ??
should we attest it from pmdc too?
whats the procedure

HEC, Matric and inter board ( depending on whatEver you have done in the past Best to see WES (canada) website for list of all documents needed for attestation and which authorities they needed to e submitted by
