MBBS Source Verification Request and ECA report

I am a graduate of College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Nigeria. I have just activated my physicians apply account. Pls, kindly guide me through the necessary steps to get my medical degree source verified.
Q1 - Where, what forms/document & Who should cover forms be submitted to ?
Q2 - My current passport expires on the 12th of December 2016, would it affect my SVR application/processing Q3 - All necessary steps to get my degree verified
Q4 - Since medical degree is to be certified, do i still need to verify my medical transcript inclusive ?

Hey!

I am in the same boat.
So, I entered all my detail in Physiciansapply account, followed all the instructions and printed forms as instructed and paid fees, and than I sent my documents to MCC for verification.

If you're passport is valid for a couple of more months, it shouldn't be a problem.

Hi Escobar,
Thanks for your reply. i have printed all documents and waiting for my dean to sign them before sending to MCC. Meanwhile, i decided to procure a new passport since my current one expires in 2 months.
I shall continue to keep you posted on any developments.
