Co-op based MBA,

1. Peter B. Gustavson School of Business (University of Victoria)
*(you can complete two 4 months of paid internship)

2. Degroote Business School, McMaster University MBA, Ontario.

3. Laurier School MBA, Ontario
*(offering one special 20 months co op MBA, to be eligible you need 600+ GMAT)

Apart from this, almost all MBA schools provide something related to internship.
