CIC gives you WP, not your employer. If you do a 1 year MBA program; you will most likely end up with 1 year PGWP. Post-grad work permit (PGWP) is an open work permit with which you can stay in Canada (work anywhere) as long as it's valid. So, the longer you get it; the better chances you will have to secure a job and get PR.sm9 said:I am sorry tht I am bothering you with loads of questions...if I do 1 yr full time MBA and land up a avg job in Canada..
Then will my employer give me work permit?
It depends on which category you choose/qualify. Generally, you can apply in PNP just after getting a job or you have to work for 1 year prior to PR application in CEC category. The PNP requirements may vary from province to province; but CEC remains same. Research yourself on CIC website.after how long I would be able to apply for PR?
Chances are pretty slim that they would get visitor visa. But you can always try. Otherwise, you may have to wait till you get PR.Can I get my spouse and daughter in Canada while I study or thy can come only after i get PR?
