MBA Evaluation from ICES

Hi.. has anyone from IIPM (Indian Institute of planning and management) got the MBA degree evaluation done from ICES? IIPM is not recognized by WES hence If anyone has gone through ICES, kindly advise if its listed with them and whats the processing time.
