I am Maysun S Jamil. I had posted a thread just few days back. And you replied back to me the solution and the things that I have to do in order to apply for PR from the US. I was just worried about one thing. As you mentioned that I’m eligible to apply for express entry , I want to let you know one thing.
Right now I am a F1 student visa. My American visa will be expiring in July 2018. But my student I20 is valid till 2019. I have two dependents with me whose visa will be finishing October 2018. But they have their I20 valid till 2019 too.
Now the question is that am I able to apply to express entry? Will the expiring of my and my dependent’s visa affect my applying ? I’m really tensed because I want to know everything and proceed further.
After your reply I’ll be preparing to proceed further.
