maybe rejection？？？

Hello Guys,

I sent out my Oopnp application last week. But today I found out that I put my own name on the last page of application form which should be for spouse and common law.. But I don't have any spouse or common law. I just didn't notice it is partner's signature..

May this cause a rejection or return?? Can anyone help?
