Assuming that the 64 applicants active on forum represent 5% of total number of May and June applicants for NDVO

Total Number of applicantion for May and June pending for MR = 1280
Total Number of persons for these applicants = 3584 (2.8 persons per application)

ratio of active applicants Might be 1:10

I don't think there are 1280 May and June applicants in waiting list for MR. I think only around 500 applicants in NDVO waiting for MR who have applied in May and June 2010. But no body knows when NDVO starts to send MR for those applicants though few people from this row got their MR in Feb and March.
