We have the same AOR date, no updates as well since medical passed

Update: i got asked to fill out a form for additional updated family information today, will send today & hopefully hear back

It said ' we have begun processing your application, in order to make a decision we need the following family information '

@Tomi2 @shane1990
Yay, I knew moving to NA was a good sign!!! I'm sure you will most likely move to IP2 this week and who knows, maybe PPR this week!

Weird as im the only applicant & im sure we had to fill this information in at the beginning of the application. All good tho, happy to send over whatever
CIC is so unpredictable, who knows why they are asking..keep us posted.

AOR - 31st may
MEP: 07th Aug
No other updates in between
PPR: 28th Sep
waiting for COPR

Also ask them when was your file transferred to Ottawa ? That is a good indication of timeline, ottawa processes faster. on average it takes 30 to 45 days for issuing PPR's once they receive the file

Are you CEC? Any dependants?

Hey guys
Wondering if anyone knows. I have over 10 yrs experience with in my field that i applied for, do CIC only look at ur Canadian experience for the NOC code requirements or all of my years experience under that NOC code?? @legalfalcon Any ideas??

They look at the letter you gave them and see if the descriptions matches the NOC code you are claiming..
Ive given them 3 different Letters for all my experience for 10 years, both here in Sydney and Vancouver. Do they only take into consideration re the NOC code my Candian experience or all of my letters? Ive worked for the same company both in Australia & Canada. I transferred with them back & forth. BUT my Aus experiance matches the NOC code more so. The duties in Canada were kind of the same but worded differently... if that makes sense?!
