Guys my program start from May 21 amd already deferred once from Jan 21. I will go with my family (spouse and 2 kids).

I'm really worried about the apppx CAD 11K that I will need to pay for 3 days of quarantine.

What do you think if i defer it one more time to fall 21? Can it lead to rejection of my study permit.

Get in as soon as possible before April, quarantine will get stricter based on experts on this forum.

Rates may go higher as the time progresses as Canada is failing on vaccines. Airports are empty. I would say Fall 2022 would be more realistic.

If I happen to receive PPR can I defer my studies then? Do I need to redo my permit application again?

Try going alone and get settled in first... And when you find a comfort... Call your family.
... Or check the college site... If they provide there own quarantine center... They are cheaper
