May i know, whether cic is maintaining the returned CEC application details?

I applied Permanent Residence Under Canadian Experience Class category. The application got returned, reasoned that it was incomplete. I would like to made some changes in the verified forms.

I would like to know, whether cic is maintaining the returned Canadian Experience Class application details?

Please help me to find the answer.

If the whole application was returned to you as incomplete, it would not have been processed at all. You start again from scratch.

They filled the UCI number in "Generic application form to Canada( IMM 0008)". One of my friend said, the generic application alone electronically documented even it got returned. So that they given the UCI number. Is it true?

I am planning to send a new set of application. Is that UCI number affect my new application?

Kindly help me to get a answer for this.

That UCI number is yours for life. You must quote it on the new application. It's not tied to a single application but to the person.
