Hi everyone,
I need some advice regarding my parents’ Super Visa application.

Their Super Visa medical insurance policy was supposed to start from November starting, but we haven’t received any approval or update from IRCC yet. Since the visa is still in process, I plan to postpone the start date of their insurance to a future date.

My questions are:
  1. Do I need to resubmit the updated insurance document (with the new start date) through the IRCC webform?
  2. In the original application, the purpose of visit letter, letter of invitation and other supporting documents mentioned that they would travel in November. Since that date has already passed, do I need to resubmit or update those documents as well as the visa approval is still in progress, or will IRCC understand that those are tentative travel date and will be delayed based on visa approval.
Has anyone faced a similar situation before? What did you do?

Thank you in advance for your help!

You dont have to do anything, just call your insurance provider and inform them due to delay in visa processing. I would like postpone the insurance date by 6 months. once you receive their visa and flights are booked, you can call the insurance provider and let them know about it
