Hi All.
I applied for a Super Visa for my mom on May 12.
She completed the biometric on May 28, and since then, there's been no update. She applied from Iran.
I also sent two webforms and asked for updates, but they said everything is in process and they will let us know if there is any progress.
Can she do the UP FRONT MEDICAL EXAM after submitting the application or not? If yes, what's the process? And do you recommend doing the upfront medical exam, or should she wait for the medical letter?

Highly recommended to go for upfront medical and raise a webform to upload the medical form, your PPR is waiting for your MOM

Biometrics done: May 6
Upfront medical done: April 29
Medical passed : June 27
No updates after that. We received PPR directly on October 14.

I applied for my Mother Super visa on 22nd May 2025, Zero updates since then I also raised a web form but no resposne yet, We submitted Upfront medical (dated April 8th 2025) and she had given her biometrics previously for her visitor visa, what should I do?
