I got a PPR on October 21, but since I'm physically in Canada, I need the New York VO to hand my application over to CPC Ottawa so I can do a virtual landing. I sent a web form, they e-mailed me back on the 22nd with this:
So, I sent them my ArriveCAN receipt, my WestJet itinerary, and my work permit. Hoping that's enough for them, haven't heard anything back but my tracker has the following updates since then:

Also, to update this thread with when I got P1, it was on the 10th of this month. And I'm not sure if this is pure coincidence or if the MP had something to do with it but I contacted my Member of Parliament's office on the 10th to try and figure out what's going on with my process and a couple hours later, I got the P1 e-mail. So, if something hinky is holding up your process and you're not sure what, contacting the MP could be in order.

Is your file processing at New Delhi office?
For us, background check was completed on Oct 30, no further update then.
Same! All completed on October 21st and no update since (except a pre-arrival reminder on Nov 3rd). Looks like cases at New Delhi VO are moving very slow. I tried contacting via webform but they gave a generic response.
Hi Everyone, i have a question sorry if this is the wrong thread. I received a request letter from IRCC about payment of Biometric Fee for $85. The timeline to pay this and submit it was within 30 days. However I missed the email completely and paid it 04 days later and submitted it via the web form. I also got a reply from IRCC stating that they have received the documents and is sent to officer for review. I am stressed out here and praying that this 04 day delay doesnt cause issue with my spousal application. Can someone help me understanding this.
The exact same thing happened to us, but it was to go do the biometrics (we paid upfront). IRCC sent us another BIL. Just explain what happened, and hopeful they will send you another request.
I did pay upfront but they returned me some amount. Now all of a sudden requested for $85 payment. There was absolutely no update in the application tracker. I paid the fees and uploaded the receipt via the web form. Got acknowledgement that the document have been received and sent for officer review. Haven't received the BIL. Hopefully this 4 day delay in payment doesn't cause issue’s in the application.

Last update was always on "medicals passed" before this! PR tracker still doesn't have an update but I hope the wait is over!
