Just got everything updated to completed in my tracker account + COPR number showing
what a relief !
Once you login to your Permanent Resident Portal, you'll see the declaration written, you just need to tick the box, if you are in Canada and submit it. No letter/form is required.
So time for me to graduate!
ITA: April 28, 2025 (EE- BCPNP)
Submission: May 3, 2025
AOR: May 3, 2025
Medical complete: June 13th, 2025
BIL request: June 13th, 2025
FD : July 7th, 2025
P1: July 9th 2025 (Email responded on 14th July due to travel outside Canada)
P2: July 15th 2025
COPR : July 16th 2025
Photo and Address updated in portal : July 19th 2025
GU1 on GC KEY (Final Decision): August 21st 2025
GU2 on GC KEY (Card Mailed) : August 26th 2025
Card received on August 29th 2025 (Vancouver)

If you are reading this, congratulations on completing your landing! I know you feel happy and relaxed. But some of your are little anxious as to when you'll get your PR card. Very normal. So was I! 
Here are some simple steps I have gathered from a couple of threads and trying to bring it on one thread.
Linking PR Card application;
1. Login into your CIC account as you usually do.

What was your ADR?
IRCC requested an ADR (CV) from me in July, and I submitted it within one day. The following day, my GCKey profile was updated, and the Tracker showed that Eligibility was completed.
Now, Background check is in progress since July 3rd
I am still waiting for my FD. CEC applicant - ITA: 13th May, AOR: 17th May, BIL: 24th June, Biometrics Completed: 30th June
