I need some information if anybody can help on this.
I applied for my Mom's super visa through the old portal on 20th April and received a letter for Biometrics next day. Biometrics are done and uploaded on portal on 24th April. on 31st May, I received a letter for medical which says as:
Dear applicant,
This is in reference to your online application for a temporary resident visa. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
Please contact the panel physician who conducted your medical examination to ensure all required tests were completed and that there are no outstanding requirements left to complete.
thank you for your interest you have shown in Canada.
I had never received any other letter for medical request and upfront medical was not done.
Now when my mom reached to panel physician (Max hospital, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi), they asked to reference letter and checked through UCI number and said that there is no any medical request yet. One of my friend who has gone through the similar situation suggested me to get the medical done as upfront type (without any requested document) and then upload the receipt through webform. I did the same way by 7th June and got a reply next day from Delhi immigration that we will link the medical reports once those are uploaded by Panel physician.
After that it has already been more than a month and no movement in the file.
Can somebody suggest if something can be done?
My mom has already a visitor visa. Can she come here and we can submit her passport for stamping for super visa in Canada itself once it is approved?
