May 2022 - Citizenship Application Messed First and Last Name

Hi,

I submitted Citizenship Application online for my wife on May 30, 2022 and messed up the first and last name. Received the AOR today (I realized the wrong name when I got the AOR email). Please let me know how can I get the name changed? and should I wait for them to get back to me OR should I contact them?

Her name is a as follows (in PR documents, Passport etc)
First Name Farah
Last Name Ali

In Citizenship Application and in AOR email
First Ali
Last Farah

They should be able to see that when pulling her UCI. Send them a webform and let them know that the name has been mistakenly reversed.
Also, upload a signed and dated letter with the same request just in case they wanted to make sure that it was really her.

Be sure to include the UCI and Application # in that letter. You should be fine.

Thanks can you please send me the link to the web form? Also when I log into her account for citizenship there's a message that the application has been submitted (which means I can't make any adjustments or upload any documentation)
 
Check your wife AOR, if the name reversed, send them webform. Otherwise, you are fine and you don't have to do anything.
 
Thank you both. I filled out the webform and sent them correct first and last name with PR (Front and Back) as proof. Thanks for your help!
