Since then no change in the status.

What stage i am in? And what will be the next stages.

What Background status is showing your account??
It will be either IN PROCESS(IP1) or NOT APPLICABLE(NA) or BACKGROUND IN PROCESS(IP2) and it will be in the order like this
NA1>MEP>IP1>NA2>IP2

I got an email today saying there's a message. When I checked my profile, the status changed to IP2. Other than that, there indeed is a new message saying that I should start looking for jobs as a candidate for Canadian PR. I don't know if status updates in IP2 always comes with a job -related message like that.
