Hi I applied 16th Feb, now got rejected reply.
Reason: Purpose of visit, employment prospects in country of residence and current employment situation
Other Reason: proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more: previous studies, future prospects, level of establishment, language abilities

Can anyone share their cover letter?

Apply for CAIPS notes before re-applying because you got rejection reason as Other Reason. You need to know the exact reason for rejection before re-applying to make strong sop which will lead to high acceptance chance.
So, to be more sure about rejection reason, Apply for CAIPS notes

I applied for Study permit in January 29, 2017 from VFS Kuwait after I received CAQ in January 12, 2017.
According to cic website, the process time for Study permit from Kuwait is 10 weeks.
it is 4 weeks gone and I did not hear nothing from Abu Dhabi visa office.
tbh, I am worried after reading these rejections.

i got accepted in Concordia for the Summer 2017, PhD in Software Eng. (4 years)
bach. in Computer Eng. GPA 3.76/4 ~ 92%
MSc. in Computer Eng. GPA 3.16/4 ~ 86%
Ielts (overall)= 7 (nothing below 6.5)
22k CAD Funding from my supervisor
36k CAD Concordia International Tuition Award of Excellence
60K CAD Self Funding

My Visa was approved today, and on CIC it says : Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details. But I can not see any messages bellow and did not even get email notification, does anyone have the same issue ?

Hey, when did you do your biometric? Were you required to do a medical exam too?
I did my biometric on Feb 10th, still waiting on an update.

Let me know what steps you were required to take after you did your biometric.
