MAY 2013 TWP CEM-dito po tayo!

Guys share ko lng sa inyo, refused po application ko for TWP with my 39 batch mates..40 application sa isang bagsakan refuse lahat and in just one company only,we are really very dissapointed on what happen but that's the fact need to deal with it.

I just want to ask if meron nbng case na nag appeal sa Federal Government of Canada about sa narefuse na application?

Sad to hear that hardinero..Ano po agency nyo?and what job po kayo sa canada?as in po isang group po talaga ang refusal..ano po kaya reason?

hayssss....Nakaka-stress, very inconsistent reasons of refusal ng mga VO. I hope and I pray na maging considerate naman sila sa tagal ng pinaghintay ng mga applicants and just ended up refused. :-\

May work po ba kayo ngayon or habang nag aaply po kau and ano po ang pinakamatagal na pag stay nyo sa isang work, sabi po kasi samin nung agency namin dati wag daw po magreresign habang in process pa yung application at isa pa yung employment history po ata tinitingnan din nila.

Hi guys mag ff na ako sa mercan...update nila saken naipit papers ko dahil sa strike.. sabi po nila..every week nag uupdate cla dahil 5 months na wala mr koh..
tapos po they are expecting a decision within dis year..if may mr pa o wala na or refused..kasi june 18 expired po ang lmo ko nareceive ng cem papers ko june 17... any idea po anu magiging hatol saken ng mga vo sa cemT_T kasi expired na lmo koh.. pero na sa cem naman na papers ko bago pa man ito ma expired..

hi [po march applicants po ako same reasons din po kaya na deny yung visa ko hay nagpasa po kase ko ng apply ko ng ala ako work tas fresh graduate po ako . mayroon po kaya dito na approvan visa nila kahit na di sila nagwowowrk nung nagpasa sila ng pagaaply ng visa

Position: Kitchen Helper

Feb. 22,2013- received LMO/Contract
April 23- air21 pick-up my application to CEM
June 18-Mr
June 19-done Medical
status: waiting

I'm really worried why till now wala parin result, kindly advice.tnx

to mcmedina032279, try to follow-up. it works for me. two times ako nagfollow-up then they sent my visa afterwards. in my case they didn't send an email, dumating na lang lahat ng docs sa bahay namin.

Bro. edward how many months kang naghintay bago mo nakuha Visa mo? after receiving visa whats the next step to do?nagtanong karin ba sa clinic kung saan ka nagpamedical if okey yung medical mo?Anong email Add ginamit mo for follow up?

Hi mcmedina032279, the package just arrived in our house suddenly. The visa was issued 10/20 and it arrived 10/30 na. Naligaw daw ang air21 so ang nagbigay ay local post office namin. It took me 5 months. I used the one sa CIC website, meron silang app or webpage intended for follow ups, check it out. Before I applied, nagbabasa na ako dito sa forum and CIC, may list lang ng medical clinics. After you received your visa, go to POEA. Sa information may mga guard to assist you. Kung maaga ka at ok lahat papers mo sa step 1 pa lang baka makapag-PDOS ka na din. After that step 2 na. Well for step 2, they will ask for the signature of your employer sa addendum (ibibgay nila ito). Then pagnag-sign na ang employer, balik ka sa POEA to finish step 2 and pay all processing, HDMF, Philhealth, OWWA, everything. They will give you the OFW certificate which is valid for 2 months only. Where in Canada do you intend to work?

In the meantime, Pray and believe that you are for canada. Dreams start coming true if you believe in yourself.
