Hello po sa Lahat,
Share ko lang po ung status ng application namin. We received a letter from Manila Immigration on March 17, 2014 requesting for wife's passport with an attached appendix A and personal history to fill out. We complied to this letter after 2 weeks and mailed it back. On April 2nd, we received another letter from the embassy stating this;
Dear Applicant:
We are pleased to inform you that your visa(s) for permanent residence to Canada is/are ready to be issued, conditional to a final admissibility review by an immigration officer. In order to complete the process you must submit within 10 days, BY COURIER, the following:
1. The original passports for yourself and every family member who will accompany you to Canada.
NOTE: Your visa(s) will be valid for your initial entry to Canada until 08/03/2014 (mm/dd/yyyy). Please ensure that the validity of your passport(s) is at least six (6) months beyond this validity date (note that any passport received with a shorter validity than the date shown above will result in a reduced validity for entry to Canada for all members of your family, if any). The validity of a permanent resident visa - once issued - may not be extended, nor can replacement visas be issued with a new validity date.
Nag-ask po ulit ang embassy ng Passport, Appendix A, Personal History which is naisubmit na namin sa kanila ( as a compliance sa 1st letter ) at 2 recent photographs. We already complied to this 2nd letter but this time ung Appendix A, History at photograph nlang ang laman ng package since nasa kanila na ung Passport and we sent it through LBC.
Ask ko lang po kung, magkaroon kaya ng conflict sa documents namin? Gaano po katagal bago bumalik ang passport with visa kasi po meron ng validity gaya ng sabi sa letter?
