Question everyone!

Do I have to get our photocopies of ID's certified by a commissioner of oaths or at least notarized?

I only took a copy of the IDs they requested - like for me - the passport and the Canadian citizenship card. For my husband - his passport, his driver's licence (I don't think it was necessary), and his birth certificate. We also included a copy of our marriage certificate. That's all. Hope this helps.

If you want to be on the Manila sheet I also need:

-Date of Medical
-Destination city or province
-Type of application (married/common-law/conjugal or child)
-Number of dependents on the app and if they are accompanying or not

The link is in my signature line

Date of Medical : November 29,2012
Destination City/Province : Toronto, ON
Type of Application: Common Law
No. of Dependents: 2

Im currently in Toronto now under study permit but since we are eligible to apply for Sponsorship as Common law we decided to apply for it now and stop my study. I am going to change my status now to Visit Visa and I will going to apply for it next week. Is anybody here has the same situation?

Thank you,

Hey Folks!

Good luck to you all. I submitted mine on May 2nd and it was delivered by May 3rd. When and how will CIC confirm receipt of my application? Do they contact by email or mail?

Thanks!!

How do we get added to the May Thread?
