Just finished landing at rainbow bridge, I know its crazy.. landing at 2 am

Walked on rainbow bridge with my wife, it was empty both sides however offecers were bit amused by our landing timing.
Finally all is well,

QQ: There are lots of threads that indicate we can do Flagpole and land. But so far I havent read anything about the "Adiministrative Refusal". What happens to that ? Does CBSA keep it ? OR will it be given back to us ?

I went to Prescott this morning and everything was exactly like cecstatchk explained but when I got back to the Canadian side I was asked to present Work Permit, Financial Statements, bill as a prove of address & Prove of employment! which I didn't have so he sent me back.
So I guess it depends on the officer, but you should be prepared just in case.

Sorry to hear that. That's why I've been pleading to all applicants to come prepared when
completing the landing. And instead of only bringing the required documents, bring all documents
that you could be asked for.

- passport
- copr
- bank statement
- drivers license as proof for address

Proof of employment sounds dumb, as this can't be a requirement for someone to complete the landing.

Yeah you are right the officer said that the paper we got with the requested documents was from cic and that he is not from cic, so if i want, i can make an appointment with them instead, an they can see me in a month or two!
