I think we should wait at least a week before contacting them again for visa stamping at local visa office. I send an email to them 2 days ago for visa stamping at local visa office, still waiting for their response. I will contact them again if I don't get any reply by next week.

Just got ECAS status changed to decision made.


We received your application for permanent residence on May 21, 2013.

We started processing your application on January 30, 2014.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

No reply yet. getting worried now. I will wait until this Friday, then send them follow up email regarding the status of my request.

I think, they should respond quickly as this is the only option for us who are residing outside North America and don't have a return mailing address in North America accroding to the PPR email.

I am opening a new thread to track the status of our request for visa stamping at local visa office outside North America

I just sent an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa but I didn't get the usual auto-response from them. I'm afraid something is wrong with my email. I am using my work's email for all the communication with CIC and the email is powered by Google. I tried sending the email again to both, the new and the old pilot email.

Is there anyone else who noticed this?
