were thay so quick for all may applicants or they left a lot of people in the state of "what the f* is going on"?
IS May a proof that NOC 0 and A are processed with priority?

Not this month!

I cant prove it but it looks like the office is given 'quarterly objectives'

They are given a new program each quarter which outlines what they can do, for sure last month they were prioritising NOC skill groups. My lawyer was actually the one that told me this. After, it was blatantly obvious she was right just by looking at the spread sheets and threads, they were prioritising.

This quarter it looks like there just picking up any application, despite the NOC skill. but obviously in order of when it was submitted. So this is a better way I think, and the way it should be done. No one feels less than because of their noc skill code.

hopefully the priority for this quarter is reduction of backlog. this is the beginning of Feb and June is to be on the table within days which is just 8 months for MR.
i read that in 2015 they want to be able to grant pr within 6 months.

That would be nice for all new applicants eh :)

I agree with Suvan. Even though some users will argue that in previous months priority was not given to NOC O and A...if you followed the trackers carefully you would have noticed that NOC B was processed last. However, things have changed and apps are being processed on a date received basis, which I believe is much more fair.

LOL

I have been reading your posts and have seen new people to the forum ripping you to pieces for saying it!

But you are right! that was the case. Now their doing it in order of received date despite the noc skill, now totally fair! Hope they keep it that way

Hahaha
Yes suvan, had a few newbies who couldn't wrap their minds around the fact that applications were prioritized based on their NOC. Anyways lots of them are now "full members," and even "star members" lol. Fun and jokes aside, I'm glad and actually relieved to see this new approach(processed on date received basis). Totally fair and I hope they keep it that way for sure.

Please update my timeline

AOR received: Jun 24, 2013
Med done: Jan 27, 2014

Hope we all receive passport request soon :)

Seniors,

I was checking the medical forms and there is discrepancy in the email & phone number for my spouse and kid. The other details Name, DOB, File # are consistent. However my details are correct (I am the primary applicant).

Do I need to worry? Please advise.

Hello All May Applicants,

First of all I would like to congratulate all May Applicants.

It would be really great if you guys share your medical experiences. As I am a November Applicant and am planning for an up-front medical.
So, I would like to get some info on current expenses for e-Medicals & who is the best Doctor (services) in the town especially in GTA.

Don't worry!

When you take the passports to the doctor, he/she will correct and go by what's on the passport :)

Suvan,

The problem is with email & phone numbers for my Spouse & Kid. Will the Dr change that one?

I don't think this is an issue, since everything related to your file is correct in addition to the fact that YOUR info is entirely correct.

The VO will not have an issue updating your immigration file based on your application number once he/she receives your medical results.
