But i would wait 2-3 weeks longer after meds ... rather than seeing people from my week and my month getting their MR.. while i M still wondering what happened to my file..

Today i was worried and thinking what if on the tests they will find some disease or something else and refuse me.. what if wearing an eye glasses is a bad..

I think i am getting so crazy and stupid... but cant help it...

Hopefully after this i will go back to my normal life

You could wait one week to get an Appointment
Up to a week for the doctor to upload
And up to 2 weeks for ECAS to update

So best case 2 weeks, worst case 4 weeks

In other words

Is it worth $180 to save 2 weeks ?

I'd pay that for it to be processed one day quicker ! Lol

Its CIC's world and we're just living in it lol. No clue how they do things, maybe they just like to keep it random.

To my understanding, once the visa officer send MR, RPRF, etc. then he also updates ECAS and uses the date of update as processing start date instead of actual processing start date. No one knows when the visa officer actually started to process the application...

Same thing happened in my case. I got the MR on 22nd Jan & as per the ECAS the processing started on 27th

You guys don't even bother to find logic in ECAS updates. Mine still shows "Application received" even with "Medical results received" (upfront)

ECAS is not very reliable, as it is updated by a human. And that human has to update hundreds of thousands ECAS updates

App filed : 15th May
MR : 28th Jan
ECAS in process : 31st Jan

My lawyer has emailed me the medical forms this morning. Looks like CIC has sent the medical request over the weekend.
