I was expecting the MR today, going by the trend. What I got instead was a request for T4s and NOAs for past two years - which I guess should alreadybe in their file.. so MR is some more days away.. Thankfully, they have asked it to be sent by email. Lucky me :)

A strange request?! did you send them your last NOA and T4? is there any discrepency between your reference letter and the T4 you sent them?

Hello, Im new to this forum. bhoomi, if you dont mind me asking when did you submit your application and when was it received by cpp-o?

Given the current trend, I think currently they are issuing MR for the second week of May2013 . Since, your application was received on May 13, you can expect MR by the end of next week.

But, the document request confirms they have started to work on application received on the 3rd week of May.

Looks like they will finish sending MR for most of May applicants by mid February..

Can any senior member please advise on my following concern?

I don't think it should create an issue until your employer location is Toronto. What address is written on your T4? You can use that as an proof also. You can also get a letter from your employer for the same. I know couple of cases where employer was based in Toronto but individuals were working in Saskatchewan and CIC did not give them privilege as employer was out of that province.

I also agree.

You should be fine .. no worries. At worst case you wouls get a query to prove the intention of living is outside quebec.
Be ready for that, if your employer supports then it would nto be a issue. Get a letter from employer regarding this issue and send it out to CIC. By the way do you have any prior experience in Toronto.

Good day everyone..my family are May applicants my husband already received his MR but us i mean me and his kids have not.does anyone experience that? :( :( :(

Hello

I am a May applicant and I am expecting my MR in next 2 – 3 weeks. I am thinking of doing my medicals upfront to save some time.

Does this makes sense to you guys? Any suggestions?

Certainly does, I spoke of this early on this thread. Skip back.

You will save yourself about 4 weeks!, so it makes huge sense !

Hi Anni_in,

Thanks for your advice. The employer's address written on T4 is their Toronto address but Employee's address (i.e. my address) on T4 is Montreal address.

Do you think this will be fine?

I hope CIC doesn't give me any privilege of staying in Montreal and process my application considering the fact that my employer's location is Toronto :)

I am also a May 6,2013 applicant and got my AOR June
21,2013.So far nothing happened,no MR yet,im NOC B 6211.The thing is
My wife was 5 months pregnant so i guess i need to wait and
Relax since our medical will still be incomplete and wait for her
Delivery to complete the medical.

Hi Kunwar, Does your offer letter say any stipulated period when is the project completes or what is the period of your stay.
or Do you any client communication that project is ending on this month and no visibility after that.
Just see, if you get any information about your stay then you can write a letter tot hem explaining your situatuion and submit the proof that your are her for temporarily.
However I'm not gurantee that it works ... give a try or wait for other seniors to help.

I know similar situation with one guy in this forum, he got a letter from CIC asking to prove intention to live outside quebec.
He showed the folowing thisngs:
1. Bank account in other than Quebec province.
2. House lease agreement.
3. Some recommendation letters with the frnds/relative live in that province to show he had good tie up with that location.
