My status has changed to application received and I am able to log into the ECAS. Awesome!

Hi All,

Help Neede - My WP expires in Sept Month End and I received AOR on July 16. Wanted to apply for BOWP. Greatly appreciate your suggestions.
How I can proceed further.

Good luck with your applications, here's my timeline (very strange you'll see)

Application sent on 22/03/2012

AOR date 07/06/2012

E-CAS “in process” on 14/05/2013 like a YEAR after they received it, they started processing it!!!

Additional docs requested (biodata+ payment of RPRF) on 16/05/2013

Medical request: 16/05/2013

Medical visit done on 24/06/2013

“medical results have been received” (20/07/2013) today!

I want to apply mine. Greatly appreciate your suggestion abou which one is better online or paper application.
Here is my details:

Currently - closed work permit
Work permit Valid - 2013 Sep 30.
AOR Received - 2013 July 16.

Looking forward for suggestions from seniors.

Hi,

I applied BOWP online. you pretty much fill up the form and upload it without signatures (You'll be prompt to sign before you submit). Do it online as it is quicker and you'll receive a confirmation to your email.

Got a response that my file has been updated in less than 1 week.
I guess my file is now at Ottawa sleeping away haha
