Do we need to take photos for PR card ?

Is it better to fill-out PR card application before hand ?

lol no photos. Just take your COPR + passport when u do your landing.
They will ask you sign the COPR .. the end lol
No filling up anything or photos needed thou the COPR will have your photo

You will get your first PR card without filling any application (no need to bring photos). PR card applications are just for card renewal.
