I'm still waiting. Going on 9 wks since I paid my RPRF, sent copy of passport (as visa exempt) and bio data form. Also my status online has said decision made for a while. 3 wks ago I emailed them and they said it's still in processing. I emailed again on Monday as I am worried it could be lost in mail. Anyone else in the same situation.

9 weeks since I paid the RPRF and medical. I haven't even got passport request and my work permit is expiring at the end of May. Which email address did you use to request the status of your application, and how long does it take for them to reply you. When did you send your passport and how long is since the status changed into decision made? All these processes, and unreasonable delays are frustrating.

I got my passport request, Bio data request and payment request together on Apr 4th.
I sent everything to CIC Apr 5th, got my passport back on Apr 24th.

Things are moving again for us may applications.

It takes around 10 days..I got the request on 9th April, Sent the passport back on same day, Reached OTTAWA on 11th and they stamped it on 18th and I got passport yesterday. so In total it took around 10 days..

Ya I sent it through Xpresspost. I enclosed an extra Xpresspost envelop for return post with it.

Sorry one mistake , Passport request 5th April, reached OTTAWA on 9th..So you can add 4 days more, In total it took around 15 days.

Thanks. Looking at the general timeline trends, I thought it will take atleast 20 days but fortunately they sent me passport 5 days earlier than what I expected. So happy about that..will be doing the landing today.. I hope that you guys will get it soon.

How are you planning to do the landing? I am not sure, but can we do the landing by going to a local CIC office also?
