My status changed to in process today. Yesterday, it was CIO-ER Complete. It states there that they started reviewing my case since July 28, 2011.
I noticed that it didn't passed RBVO.

CIC encashed my BD. However, I sent xerox copy of my academic transcript. Is that means CIC accept my application without original academic transcript.

No. They will scrutinize everything after the payment is clear. BD Cashed means, that your application arrived in time regarding CAP and the forms are complete. Anyways, best of luck for PER.

yehia, in my case, i got 2nd aor thru email then my status changed to in process after a few days. i didn't pass the rbvo status.

HI guys

As I mentioned before I recieved RBVO status today I have some questions hope I find answer for them
1- I have few missing documents that did not send before including birth certificate and a Humanitarian & Compassionate request can I send to VO and will it be problem to send them without there request .
2- If positive answer can I handle the doc to VO myself since it is not so far from my home
3- When I should expect the 2 AOR ?

@ Yehia, u r really lucky to have gotten thru without birth cert as some pple had their appl returned cos it was deemed incomplete without it. You can send VO further docs now, not that it's going to speed up the process in anyway. I submitted my PCC without to VO after PER without it requesting for it (walking distance from work). Info on AOR is varied; some get it, others don't. Some get it via e-mail, others thru snail mail. Others get it within a month, others longer/shorter. One other thing is ur ecas cld be RBVO but VO is actually working on ur case. Some one changed from CIO straight to 'in process' without goinn thru RBVO/AOR...so update ur file at VO and who knows, u cld be on process too! Good luck....Mandie
