Yes, they will inform through E-mail.
If application gets rejected at the first step then they inform through E-mail and hard copy of that with original application and fee BD through post.
But if rejection comes at the second step of first stage then only E- mail and hard copy of it along with fee BD . In such cases they will not send original application through post.

So, if I wont get my package back if it is rejected because lack of points for instance?. Is there any way to ask for the documents back?
