Hi everyone,

I will be sending my RPRF DD tomorrow along with passports and pcc. I had a doubt about DD. Should we write anything on back of DD like our name and DOB? Also do we have to quote our file number along with address on the envelope sending the documents ?

Regards
Angel
My dear, I am very sure you need to write something in the draf which identifies you. Your name and file number will suffice. I wish this is all I have to worry about :-)

i have been to UK for 3 years on student and also enclosed part time work permit during that period along with PCC from UK with my application and i believe that is taking time for the VO in back ground verification.

They will be calling the employee or university or college or even they can send a person to verify. They have their own ways of verifications.

Happy New year Forum!!!!

Glad to say I started this Thread and good to see it has been firing in all cylinders and am sure would have been of help to many others as it was for me!!!!

My wife has been to India for the PPR.By God's grace, we have got our passports back from NDVO with the Visas stamped!!!!!!!!!
Need to complete the landing this year.May be find a job and move to Canada by 2013.

This is my situation: I am on an L1 Visa extension in the US,US visa expired but with I94 extended upto 2013.My wife is the principal applicant, now she will be going for her L2 restamping in India before getting back to USA with our passports (Hope no problems there, plenty of US work Visa rejections in India the past year)

After landing the process ,Since she will have her L2 Visa stamped - she can enter back into US.Is there way for me to complete the landing in Canada and come back to US,without going back to India for my L1 restamping? Can I enter US with my Canada PR visa?I will have to come to US within a month cant wait for the PR card - not sure if that will make a difference (Will need to give a friend's address in Canada to receive and send the PR card to me)

Has anyone been through this? Any suggestions on how I can complete my landing, the shortest route and on an easy budget??

hi All. hope everything's fine here.

Does it matter if I have my new passport now ? which of course different passport number included in the application. Shall I both to send the old passport which was included in the application together with the new one for PPR? Thank u gusy. We have done our medicals and sent our RPRF. Wishing to have the PPR soon.
