3-For Bank statement, last 3 months statement will be fine? Any clues or information if the visa officer will call bank and would verify whether the funds are since long time or just transfered before the statement dates?

Guys i also have similar problem as regards the business card.Pls provide answers

Awoderu A.A and a11k22a33 answer is:
1. No I didn't. You should pay them at the end when decision is made.
2. There is no standard probably, I had 4 different types of reference letters, main thing is the information that you should provide, like main duties, salary etc. - you can find them in visa office specific form manual.
3. I used bank certificate. You should look at visa office manual and determinate what works in your case.

I'm not an expert it just my experience. Seniors may correct me if I'm wrong at something.

Not having a business card should be ok. We ended up having 5 different references but only one had a business card. If all the employers details are on the reference letter e.g Letter Head with full address, telephone, name and signature of HR officer or supervisor etc then the business card is irrelevant?

Any clues or information if the visa officer will call bank and would verify whether the funds are since long time or just transfered before the statement dates? We submitted 4 months statements and bank cert. Depends on VO office, I think they ask for 3 to 6 months of bank statements to see if the settlements 'appear' to have been borrowed. So make sure you borrow 6 months ahead of sending in your docs! ;)

Actually I didn't have one of business cards either, because of recent changes in organization I'm currently employed, so I mentioned it in cover letter.

I'm not sure can you check status before you have received 1st AOR, because at that point you don't have a immigration file number yet.

Ours has our mailing address on it too (since last week) so hopefully normal!

Someone obviously doesn't like us talking about our application as they've just given us both a negative rating! puts a person off from offering advise to others...
