My applicant reached 23th Jun 2010 to CIO. I have mentioned Islamabad in visa office column as I have applied from Pakistan.
Will my application will return because I selected Islamabad instead of London because from 1st Apr 2010 Pakistani applications will be processed by London office?

I am worried. If it is problem what can be solution.

Hi rizwan72,
I want to believe this mistake will not really influence the outcome of their assessment.

The guides and provisions may have advised London VO in place of Islamabad,but they are flexible and robust enough to accomodate envisaged mistakes such as this.The AOR, I want to believe will direct your documents submission to the appropriate VO,London.

Essentially my friend,your concern should be on the current delays for applicants from your country as highlighted by some members of this forum.

Just relax,learn deeply about Canada from this forum and other reliable sources and wait for your AOR soonest.

Dear waysouth, its exactly the same case with my application. I filled N/A where ever required but on IMM 0008 Schedule 3, (Point 11) Your work experience, I filled first 03 episodes as i have three jobs and left blank the remining 4 which i figured out after sending the application. I hope it will not make any problem, really hoping and praying. If you check CIC Visa application guide, it says dont leave any SECTION blank. So in our case, we didnt leave the section blank, we filled our jobs there and stopped when eneterd all the jobs..... GOD knows better what will they do on this issue.....really worried and anxious after reading so many posts and issues where CIC is very strict...............

True ... At last we are seeing some action for May applicants. Also, looks like even if we had made minor mistakes they are asking us to apply based on the new rules, this makes it more tense...

Hi, I had sent my documents through courier to NS on 29 apr. It would have reached by 5 or 6th of may. Hopefully waiting for the reply from NS soon. Have some questions for this forum mates,hope u could clear it for me.

I have my IELTS exam results dated as 5th September 2009. Hope this will be valid for 1 year for this PR process. I hope I may get the AOR by end of next week. If so, I will have all my documents ready and send it to visa office immediately once I receive my first AOR.

Q1). I would like to know whether if i send my documents within 4th September 2010 to visa office will that be fine or should I receive my second AOR within the mentioned period before?

Q2). Also I would like to know whether my IELTS results would be taken into consideration for issuing visa by visa office?

Hope I will get some inputs from you mates. Thank you.

Congrats Tegnus - glad to see yours got charged - ours is the same NOC as yours and not in the new list - hopefully in the next few days many more of the May applicants would get charged
