Hi Saki and senoirs,
I have question, Do I need to pay a fee for child who is canadian citizen when I apply for PR? One of my childern is born in Canada and she is Canadian citizen and she has her Canadian Passport.
Please advise me.

Hi Any one have answer to my question above. Please let me know.
Thanks ???

hi salem

i think as your daughter is born in Canada and as she has a canadian citizenship you dont require to pay the fees for PR

hello may applicants. since all of us havent received anything yet.....and this changes in immigration is suppose to benefit backlogs......dont you all think due to this it will prolong our application(may applicants)....at the rate it is going we all are awaiting.....none of us got any word from NS. im really upset becuase all my requirements are inn and it is going to be useless after a long period of time(clearances)......despite what the web site of canada says about aquiring the requirements upon submission of our application which has a duration of 3 months. april thread people are gettin almost all there 1st aor.....wow........

goodluck again........

Katydid YOUr Inbox is FULL,

Don't worry about anything, My status"Sent to CIO" because I sent my Ielts results along with my application but that wasn't the requirement at that time, I have seen many forum members who got AOR and they haven't submitte Ielts result to CIO, So don't panic just wait, you will get the AOR, everything will be fine.

i am just getting curious about process which ALizia is following.
i know its good to attest everything from HEC but did anyone gone through any trouble not attesting educational doc from HEC?
is there any mentioning of attesting doc from HEC for canadian immigration?
what i will do is to put my original transcript in univ sealed envelope and will send photo copy of my degree.
this is what they mentioned online.
is there any case which required HEC involvement?
dear friend i dont know wether i m doing right or not
this all was told to me by my cousin who got immigration with a help of consultant
my cousin provided me the list given to him by that consultant and
same i m using for me

no doubt it is tough to do it all and almost 10000 rs are consumed in this task so i feel that one
should be careful and should not take any risk
as this phase is very important for immigrtation

Hi

I have sent my application May 2010 and have received the complete application back in my mailbox yesterday.

The reason for rejection is that I have missed to complete a section in IMM 00008 document (put N/A in spouse’s other residencies section !! );
In the letter it is also mentioned that, If I want to reapply I have to review and be aligned with the new regulations for skilled workers from Jun 2010.

I quickly checked my NOC code which was 2145 , and in the new NOC list its no longer valid :( .

Do you have any advice / solution for me in this , is there any way I can re apply and send over my application quickly with NOC 2145?

Hi Guys,

on what date of MAY you applied
so that we may get hint of date of which applications are in process

this statement is alarming for us all
as we will not get any chance if any mistake found in our files especially for those whose NOC are eliminated
