Hello everybody
I am planning to apply in category 4131 by this month just working on that, but am bit confused with new NOC list.Can anybody suggest me if I apply this month and later new rule will not contain the said NOC then wat will happen to my application will it be treated as per old list or will it get rejected.

usually, if new NOC list will be released I am sure it will have a prospective affect - meaning it will affect those application after the new NOC list.
It is most preferable to submit your application now rather than wating for your NOC 4131 to be removed from the list. Good Luck!

I have send Initial application today to Nova Scotia attached xerox of IELTS results, experience letter, qualifications, passport copy.

Made payment through credit card.

Sent my application to CIO on April 29th; received by CIO on May 4th. After reading this board (I discovered the board yesterday), I am in for a long wait. For some reason I thought I could complete everything within 6 months if CIO gives the go ahead.

my husband forgot to keep the photocopy of the passport i gave him.
he as called back the courier which was on its way and the courier will be destroyed and will not be send to CIC.

Now entire package as to be recreated and application forms refilled just to add the passport copy page.
No idea when i will send in the application everything delayed :'(
